Balloon Gifts - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive? A: You can order an item in advance to be delivered on a certain date for example a birthday, wedding, anniversary, etc - or have your order delivered straight away. All the balloons are handmade to order, so please allow a minimum of 3 working days notice if you want a delivery sent straight away.
Q: How will my balloon arrive? A: Your balloon creation will be wrapped in cellophane and tied with ribbons before it is boxed and posted with your special message. Colours of balloons, boxes or any other components may vary from the picture shown and the right is reserved to substitute like for like items in the unlikely event that it is necessary.
Q: How do I order and pay for my balloon? A: Simply click on one of the "Order Now" buttons and you will be directed to the Order Form. Please complete the form carefully, then press "Submit". Once the order has been received you will receive an acknowledgment email and an invoice via PayPal. These will be sent during working hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). You can pay easily and securely using any major credit or debit card.
Q: How will my balloon be delivered? A: All the prices quoted on the website include Standard Delivery via 1st class postage. You balloon will be despatched the day before your requested delivery date and it is then in the hands of Royal Mail. (Please note: Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on 1st Class post. If your delivery needs to be guaranteed for a specific date it is recommend that you upgrade to Special Delivery service costing an extra £4. Refunds for late delivery using 1st Class post are not available.)
Q: Can you create something bespoke for me that isn't shown already?
A: Just contact me and let me know what you want, and I will be happy to let you know whether it is possible and give you a quote.
Q: Do you accept returns, refunds and cancellations?
A: Due to the nature of the product, and because they are individually created to order, I cannot make any returns or refunds. You can cancel your order at any point up until payment has been made, but not after that. Once a parcel has been despatched PhotoFairytales, or the balloon creaters, cannot be held responsible for any damage to the item whilst in transit.
A: The gift balloons can only be shipped to mainland UK addresses.
