These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.PhotoFairytales.co.uk (the “website”), and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.
Photographs sent by the Customer
All images received for manipulation, enhancement or alteration are accepted on the understanding that you own the full copyright of these images or have permission from the owner for use. You will be held liable for any action taken by a third party with respect to violation of copyright.
Use of Images on this Website
Images or logos or copy used on this website may not be copied in anyway, in whole or in part, without prior written permission of Sarah Thexton. Any copying, downloading or unauthorised use of images, logos, and text on this website is strictly forbidden.
Your Finished Image
You may not pass off any or part of the finished images created by Sarah Thexton or PhotoFairytales as your own work. Images shown on this website are for illustration purposes only and your finished image may be slightly different to that shown on this website. Your finished image is for your own personal use only, and not for resale or commercial use.
Liabilities
Sarah Thexton cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any original photographic material or images you choose to send via the post. If you do wish to post such material to me, you are advised to use an appropriate postal service which insures your item.
Ordering, Cancellations & Refunds
Confirmation of your order will be sent to you via email. You may cancel your order at any time until the point of purchase. Due to the nature of the service, each piece of artwork, print and gift is created to order, and can therefore not be cancelled once payment has been made. Once payment has been made this will constitute a contract. The right to refuse an order in whole or in part is reserved. Your order will be refused if it is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy, or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience. If you are dissatisfied with your finished image Sarah Thexton will make every reasonable effort to make amendments or changes to the image until you are satisfied. However, you cannot change to a different theme or magazine cover once you have placed your order. If you are dissatisfied with the goods that you receive, please return them in their original wrapping within 14 days of delivery and they will either be replaced or you will be refunded the cost of the goods excluding the postage. You are advised to use a delivery service that records your postage and insures the item whilst in transit. The item is your responsibility until it reaches Sarah Thexton. Please contact Sarah Thexton via email at queries@photofairytales.co.uk before returning the items. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, and Sarah Thexton and PhotoFairytales will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Prices & Payment
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated. The price, availability and specification of the goods may be subject to change without notice. Payment may be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer, cheque, or PayPal account. Orders will not be deemed as placed until payment has occurred, or cheques have cleared. All prices quoted are in £ sterling. If you are ordering from outside the UK the price you will be charged will be at the exchange rate on the day of invoicing.
Delivery
On receipt of your order you will be advised of the expected delivery time of your order via email. If you purchase prints or gifts these will be despatched within 2 working days from the creation of your finished image, subject to availability. They will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post unless otherwise stated or agreed. Postage and packing rates quoted are for delivery within mainland UK and are subject to change without notice. All risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. You may specify a delivery address which is different to your billing address if you are, for example, requesting an image or product to be sent to a friend or relative.

If you click on a link you may leave this website. The presence of a link on this website does not constitute endorsement or representation of the company or product. If you access any of these links you do so entirely at your own risk.
Charity Fundraising
In the event that a fundraising campaign is taking place on the website, unless otherwise stated 100% of all donations received will go direct to the stated charity.
Your Privacy
If you have any queries regarding privacy please contact Sarah Thexton at the email address shown below. Your personal details will never be disclosed to any advertiser or third party without your prior permission. Your finished image will not be used on the website or in any publicity or promotional material without your prior consent. If you do consent to the publication of your image on the website Sarah Thexton reserves the right to withdraw it from the website at any time. Your postal address and email address may occasionally be used for the purposes of informing you about product updates and changes, or for customer service. However, you will not be mailed frequently or excessively and you may opt out at any time by emailing: queries@photofairytales.co.uk
